劇情簡介
　　唐高宗末年，高宗（盛鑒 飾）與武則天（劉嘉玲 飾）力排眾議出兵攻打敵國，豈料艦隊出海遭遇事故損失慘重。
　　年少的狄仁傑（趙又廷 飾）初到洛陽便卷入擄掠“花魁”銀睿姬一案，幾經破折解救睿姬（楊穎 飾）並獲得大理寺卿尉遲真金（馮紹峰 飾）信任，攜尉遲與沙陀忠（林更新 飾）一同查辦“龍王案”，而睿姬昔日情郎元鎮（金泛 飾）則成為破案關鍵。與此同時，一些神秘事件以及有關皇族的安危的陰謀接連而至，洛陽城陷入一片危機四伏之中……
